Count appointment-based selling as another existing trend that was supercharged by COVID-19. Consumer spending declined 16.3 per cent year-on-year in January – the sharpest decline since May 2020 – as the retail, hospitality and travel sectors felt the full impact of national lockdown measures.
Five Below will open 170 stores over the next nine months, bringing its total to more than 1,200 locations, according to Knox Pages.
