American Eagle has filed a lawsuit against Amazon , claiming the ecommerce giant has used and manipulated trademark branding for its Aerie and Offline by Aerie lines to deceive online shoppers. Amazon’s UK arm has paid corporation tax for the first time in four years, after the end of a “super-deduction” tax break brought in by Rishi Sunak.
