WatchHouse has selected a 1,200 sq ft unit at number 7 to launch its latest Modern Coffee house, set to be the first of its kind in central London, while boutique ice cream and gelateria, ANITA , has signed for 1,000 sq ft of space at number 4 for its UK debut.
