Dollar Tree Promotes Witynski To CEO

In December, Witynski was promoted from President and COO to a newly created position of Enterprise President. Witynski, who joined Dollar Tree as SVP of Stores in 2010, became COO in 2015. Gary Philbin, the company’s CEO since September 2017, is retiring but will serve as a member of the board through September 23, 2020.
