During her time at Lululemon, which spanned 13 years from 2012 to 2020, Shaughnessy led over 40 stores and oversaw the brand’s national wholesale and community presence in ANZ. It was founded in 2007 by Jason Daniel and now has eight retail stores in Australia, one in San Diego, US , with two new stores coming soon.
